  • Is Vybe's a ladies only salon?

    Vybe’s Hairdressing is a unisex salon. However, we do have a covered section catered to customers wearing hijab.

  • How many hairstylists are there?

    Vybe’s Hairdressing is owned and managed personally by the hairstylist sisters Ana, Ina and their wonderful team!

  • Do I need to book an appointment?

    Yes. We operate by appointment only. You can book your appointments online or contact us directly via the enquiry button on the menu and we will be in touch with you soonest.

  • Do I need to book appointment in advance?

    Weekday slots are generally easier to secure during non-festive periods. However, for weekend slots. it is advisable to book a few weeks in advance. Available slots are subject to the service you are booking and the crew’s working schedule.

    Upon the confirmation of your booking, an email notification will be sent to you. So, be sure to provide us with your email address when you book your slots!

  • What is the best way to contact the salon?

    We receive bookings and enquiries from many channels but the best and quickest way to get in touch with us is via Whatsapp.

  • I have requested a hairstylist. Will I be charged differently?

    No, there are no different charges for requesting your favourite stylist. However, do note that all hairstylists work with the help of assistants.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    It’s alright. We would really appreciate at least a 24-hour notice.

  • What if I am late for my appointment?

    We would appreciate an update before your scheduled appointment. Depending on how late you are and what service you will be doing, we may or may not need to reschedule the appointment so that the next scheduled client is not inconvenienced. We will however do our best to accommodate your service needs. Nevertheless, if we do not hear anything from you by the next 15 minutes after your appointment time, we hope you can understand when we have to give up your slot to someone else. here

  • I really need to get my hair done urgently.

    There is a waitlist every day. We will call the names on the waitlist whenever there is a cancellation hopefully by a day before your preferred day. You could try the waitlist!

  • Do you accept walk-ins? Perhaps for just a haircut.

    As we operate by appointments only, almost every day our appointments are back to back and there are very little time for us to take a short break. We really do not want to disappoint you especially when you have to travel far to reach us!

  • What time is the last slot for an appointment?

    The last haircut slot for the day is at 5.40pm. For chemical services, the cut- off time is at 3pm although that will depend on what chemical service it’ll be and your hair length. For basic treatments, the latest will be at 4.30pm.

  • How are your services priced/charged?

    All our prices are generally dictated by costs associated with the service such as product usage for your hair as well as the time taken to do your hair.

  • Can I drop by for a consultation?

    You can certainly drop by for more enquiries. Full consultations with a hairstylist will have to be during your appointment time when you are ready to do your hair.

  • Do you provide massages during hair washes?

    There are no massages for all hair services except for scalp treatment.

  • Do you have a prefered mode of payment?

    Yes! We are going cashless. We accept VISA, Masters, AMEX and PayNow.
